Vents of high pressure steam or gases, such as safety valves and starting up ejectors have an extremely high noise level. They require a very elaborated device:

The reactive disipative silencer (SRDT)

The SRDT silencer series meet some outstanding features, including diffusers, jet chamber (reactive section) and a perforated tube bundle with mineral wool protection (dissipative section)

Standard nominal sizes: From DN 50 (2") outlet to DN 1000 (40"). The length of absortion section vary depending upon the attenuation required.

Construction materials:

Carbon steel shell, heads, difusser chambers, tube sheet, chambers. Perforated stainless steel tubes. Mineral wool acustic filling.

Usage:

	Relief and safety valves
	Start up ejectors
	Boiler start up and testing
	High pressure vents
	Piping blow off
